OneDay uses a secure method of passing around sensitive resident data. Emailed information is not processed. 


If you're able to upload the resident rosters and family contact info for each community, we can add that information to the OneDay app. This way, as activity teams interview residents, all they have to do is open the app, select a resident, record, and share. They won't have to manually add or track down any family member info. It makes the process much simpler and more efficient for them.
We can accept any resident roster or census. You can also fill out this template if you'd like.

Once you have your resident and family member list, click here to let us know. Once you fill out the form, we will email you access the private dropbox link.
