Editing a Resident Profile in the App

  1. Log in to the OneDay app
  2. Tap "+Create New Story"
  3. Scroll or search for the resident's profile you are wanting to edit
  4. Tap the house icon to the right of the resident's name
  5. You are now in the resident's profile and can edit the profile picture, name, and birthday                                                                                                                                                               
  6. Once you have finished any edits, tap the "Update" button

Editing a Resident Profile in OneDay Online Portal

  1. In your browser type in www.oneday.com
  2. In the top left of the page, click the three lines and then click login. Now enter the same email and password that you use for the OneDay app
  3. Click the dropdown that says "All Videos"                                                                                                                                                                                     
  4. In that dropdown select "Residents"
  5. Go to or search for the resident's name you'd like to edit
  6. Hover over the Resident's name and click the "Edit" button in the bottom right 
  7. Once in the resident profile, you can upload a picture if you have one saved to your computer, as well as edit or change the resident name and birthdate
