Delete a Video

This guide walks through deleting video stories within the OneDay for Senior Living app.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to your OneDay app on your smart device.

  2. From the home screen, locate the video you no longer want. Tap that story.

  3. On the Edit Story page, tap the three dots in the upper righthand corner.

  4. Tap “Delete This Story.”

  5. There will be prompt to confirm you want to delete the video. Tap "Delete" to remove it.

  6. At this point, the video will not appear in your app. 


If you shared the video but then delete it from your app, it will remain on the OneDay Online Portal. Additionally, if you downloaded the file to your smart device, it will appear there as well. If you uploaded the video to somewhere like YouTube, Facebook, or Vimeo, it will still appear there.
