Deleting a Video

**NOTE -  If you delete a Story that you have not shared, you will be hard deleting it; in other words, you will be unable to retrieve it at a later time. If you have already shared the story, it is saved to the Cloud and can be retrieved via the CMS on our website.

Deleting Videos from the App


To delete a video use the following steps –
  1. On the My Stories page of the app, select the story you wish to delete
  2. On the Edit Story page, tap the 3 dots in the top right of the screen
  3. Select "Delete This Story"
  4. When prompted if you are sure that you want to delete, tap "Delete"

      


Deleting Videos from OneDay Online Portal

  1. In your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge) go to www.oneday.com

  2. In the top left of the page, click the three lines and then click login. Now enter the same email and password that you use for the OneDay app

  3. On the Videos page, select the video you want to delete
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the video page and select "Delete This Video"

     


Have fun with this process! You can't break the app, and any test video will be an awesome experience. Keep at it and enjoy learning!
