Viewing/Downloading a Video from the OneDay Online Portal

Log in to OneDay Online Portal

      1. In your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge) go to www.oneday.com

      2. In the top left of the page, click the three lines and then click login. Now enter the same email and password that you use for the OneDay app

      3. Once logged in, you are now in the online portal and are able to see all videos for your community that have been shared

 **Note - If you do not see the video you are looking for, check the app and make sure the "Shared" checkbox is showing

      4. In the Online Portal, select the video you wish to view or download

      5. To view, simply click the "play" button

      6. To download, click the "Share" button below the video and then select the red icon with the downward-pointing arrow                                                                                                                    

      7. Once you have clicked the download icon, the video will save as a .mp4 to your computer

      8. After the video has downloaded, you can open it in the folder the video saved in and rename the file if necessary


Have fun with this process! You can't break the app, and any test video will be an awesome experience. Keep at it and enjoy learning!
