OneDay is an iOS and Android application - which means we work on Apple and Android devices. Click here to check device compatibility: Supported Devices. Only communities who have partnered with us can use OneDay, and all you have to do is navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to install the application. (An app is anything you download to your smart devices - so Angry Birds, Instagram, even Google Maps, are all apps.) To be sure OneDay works properly make sure you have auto-updates turned on and strong wifi.
OneDay uses wifi to send videos through the app - so cellular data is not required. The stronger the wifi you have, the faster the app can work.
We have compiled resources to help you navigate the OneDay app with ease and confidence. Check out our searchable tutorials to learn new skills and troubleshoot any problems.
